    • Part of Snug Harbor Cultural Center. Three main areas: natural science, history/art, and archives. Founded 1881. Also home to the oldest continuously operating natural history collection on Staten Island.

    Set up first

    Needs: IDNYC

    Free museum admission year-round, 10% discount in Museum Store, special member discounts for events/programs, invitations to special events, subscription to e-blasts

    Worth: $25/year membership value

    2. Visit Staten Island Museum in person
    3. Present your IDNYC card at the Visitor Services desk
    Watch out: Not available to existing members or those who were members since 2014. Must redeem in person. Available to NYC residents 14+.
